This selection give you a nice range of different flavours of pork pie.
The traditional pork pie is a classic.
The chilli pork pie is the hot one, it has a kick to it!
The black pudding and pork, it just works...
The Char Sui is a chinese 5 spice and think the flavour of the pork you get at the takeaway with fresh leeks diced in.
Wild boar is a little stronger more gamey in flavour.
Our pies are cooked allowed to cool, carefully packed and sent to your door. Once they arrive you can get stuck in straight away or pop them in the fridge where they will last for 3 days. You can also freeze them when they arrive and they’ll last about 3 months in the freezer. If they are going to be in the freezer for a while its worth wrapping them again to protect against freeze burn. To defrost them leave them in the fridge overnight.
To heat them place in the middle of the oven on a tray and turn the oven on to 150°C. Once the oven is up to temperature the pies should be hot. Please be careful and make sure they are hot all the way through.
